  • Provide proof of purchase and photos if the item is damaged.
  • Once approved, return the item to the address provided.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
